BIOGRAPHIE:
Mika, de son vrai nom Michael Holbrook Penniman, est né le 18 août 1983 à Beyrouth d'une mère libanaise et d'un père américain. Alors qu'il est encore très jeune sa famille s'installe à Paris puis à Londres où il va étudier et se découvrir une passion pour la musique. Accepté au Royal College Of Music, il quitte cette école peu de temps après pour se lancer en solo. Sa voix sublime, que certains comparent à celle de Freddie Mercury, le fait vite remarquer et Mika s'envole pour Los Angeles pour enregistrer son premier album à la fin de l'année 2006. Plébiscité tant pour son physique que pour ses musiques fraîches et dynamiques, Mika apporte avec "Life In Cartoon Motion" un renouveau à la pop musique anglaise.
